Caper
Caper is a small, dark green seed that encloses all of the wildness of the nature of Santorini. Caper is a necessary accompaniment for Santorini salad, fava and many other dishes. It comes from a bush that grows in rocky areas of the island and gives us except the capers, the caper buds and caper leaves. All can be kept in jars with salt and used throughout the year.
